Welcome back for another installment of Preview Monday!
Yesterday, NBC gave us our first look at the new Constantine series heading to the airwaves this fall. Clocking in at around three minutes, this just-released trailer suggests that we can expect Constantine to be bleak, subversive and horrifying.
In other words, absolutely perfect. Here’s the trailer:
DC fans, you might want to free up some space on your DVR going into next fall…
Mere days after Fox announced that they had given Gotham a green light, The CW has gotten in on the fun by officially ordering The Flash and iZombie to series. They’ll be joining the already successful Arrow, which is finishing up a highly acclaimed second season and received a third season pickup earlier this year.
So...what are you doing on Free Comic Book Day?
While it may not be officially recognized as a holiday, among comic fans, Free Comic Book Day holds just as much social significance as New Year's Day or Halloween. Free Comic Book Day 2014 is this Saturday, May 3rd. On that day, comic book stores worldwide will welcome thousands of eager fans through their doors with free comics and in-store events geared towards new readers and old alike.
With new trailers for Gotham, Constantine and The Flash hitting the web last week, along with your first look at Ben Affleck’s batsuit and the explosive finale for Arrow, you could be forgiven for forgetting about DC Entertainment’s fourth new TV show to be greenlit for the 2014-2015 TV season—iZombie. Especially since The CW hasn’t yet released a trailer for it. However, that doesn’t mean we haven’t gotten a taste of what it’ll look like.
Welcome back for another installment of Preview Monday! This week, we’re giving you an exclusive first look at ASTRO CITY #12.
Mere moments after The CW announced that The Flash and iZombie have been picked up for series, NBC has announced that the fourth DC Entertainment series under consideration has also been given a green light.
That’s right, John Constantine is getting a TV show.
Sometimes when the stakes are this huge and the scale this massive, twenty pages just isn’t enough. It’s fortunate, then, that we have our extra-sized Annuals. This week sees the release of four of them, some kicking off exciting new storylines, others offering explosive finales.
