DC Entertainment attends The Dark Knight Rises Premiere in NYC

Tonight, DC Entertainment President, Diane Nelson was escorted by New York Times bestselling writer Neil Gaiman to The Dark Knight Rises premiere in New York City. Gaiman will be returning to the world of The Sandman with a new mini-series to be published by Vertigo in 2013.

 

 

And life long Batman fan and DC Entertainment's We Can Be Heroes ambassador, Chris Daughtry, was also in attendance.

 

 

Chris Daughtry later met up with BATMAN, INCORPORATED writer Grant Morrison and his wife Kristan.

That’s right. This Sunday, New York Times bestselling author Neil Gaiman will make a guest appearance as an animated version of himself on The Simpsons. Gaiman joins an elite list of literati to appear on the show including John Updike and Thomas Pynchon and comic book writers Dan Clowes, Alan Moore and Art Spiegelman. In the episode “The Book Job,” we’ll see some of Gaiman’s famous tomes including THE SANDMAN.
