THE SANDMAN: OVERTURE #1 Commercial Appears on Times Square Jumbotron

That's right, THE SANDMAN: OVERTURE commercial, featuring some of your favorite characters--Morpheus, Death and Merv Pumpkinhead--drawn by J.H. Williams, III, is currently running on cable channels and can also be seen on the Jumbotron in New York City's Times Square.

My Favorite Remembrance of THE SANDMAN

Today, at the celabratory Sandman 25th Anniversary and Beyond panel with special guests Neil Gaiman, JH Williams, III, Dave McKean (who's cover to THE SANDMAN: OVERTURE #1 was also revealed at EW) and more, gathered to discuss the groundbreaking series and what's in store for this Fall's new miniseries featuring Morpheus, the King of Dreams.

Vertigo Kicks off Comic-Con by reavealing art from THE SANDMAN: OVERTURE

Page one of Neil Gaiman's THE SANDMAN: OVERTURE drawn by the talented J.H. Williams, III has been revealed! The gorgeous interior is just a glimpse of what's in store for the highly anticipated new miniseries arriving this October. This first oversized issue will be wrapped in a cover by Williams, III and will also be available with a cover by, original series cover artist, Dave McKean.

San Diego Comic-Con 2013 Souvenir Book Cover to feature Sandman art by Dave McKean

This year’s San Diego Comic-Con International Souvenir Book features all-new Sandman art, that stunningly depicts Morpheus, by original Sandman series cover artist Dave McKean.

This special book will include an essay by Les Klinger (ANNOTATED SANDMAN), celebrating the 25th anniversary of Neil Gaiman’s magnum opus and will also include feature coverage on Superman’s 75th anniversary and much more.
